The position supports small to medium projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time deliverables within SDLC. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with CAPM/PMP progress and 2+ years in project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, information technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project planning/management, methodology, software, finance and accounting concepts.
• CAPM or PMP certification or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assists in establishing objectives for small to medium projects to achieve business results by dates.
• Assists in coordinating deliverables and ensures adherence to schedules, deadlines, and products; escalates risks.
• Monitors and redefines project objectives to respond to changes while minimizing financial risks.
• Coordinates cross functional teams and dependencies to meet business needs.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors the budget for small to medium projects.
• Monitors SDLC progress and provides clear status updates; maintains project artifacts.
