Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1–3 years of professional experience owning or leading moderate to large-scale technical projects.
• Proven IT background with focus on project milestones, not coding.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with a reliable setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
• Based in Syria or Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute project workstreams from planning to delivery.
• Develop, maintain and optimise detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate daily execution across internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Log and assess risks, escalate high-impact issues with solutions.
• Capture change requests and analyse impact on schedule and cost.
• Run project meetings and provide clear stakeholder updates.
• Document RAID logs, timelines and handover materials.
• Turn technical requirements into concrete milestones for clients.
