Job summary

Aadmi Consulting seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to organize projects, engage with customers and partners, and support both consulting and software teams. You will help develop proposals, establish project plans, and track progress across global engagements to ensure schedules and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and exposure to multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize projects, engage with product owners and partners.
• Attend sizing discussions and develop client proposals.
• Establish project plans in the project software and coordinate teams.
• Onboard clients and supervise partner-led work and schedules.
• Report progress to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM with partner opportunities and sales progress.
• Collaborate with Sales/Partners to move leads to closure and implementation.
