Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market and related heavy industries. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, change requests, and coordinating with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

This role involves preparing reports, tracking expenses, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct construction project experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of experience and/or education.
• Good understanding of reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating and billing/collections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Tracking project expenses and budget; preparing reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings as requested.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems.
• Monitor field/contract work for compliance with standards and codes.
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist in early completion and tracking of billing.
