Job summary

Evertree Insurance is seeking a Junior Product Operations Analyst to support documentation, requirements, and tool administration within the Product team. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build foundations in product, project management, and operations.

This fully remote position welcomes candidates with 1–2 years of related experience and a proactive mindset to learn.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, QA, product/business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable learning new software quickly.
Experience with Salesforce and Excel preferred.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus.
Remote work ability in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Document processes, product decisions, and workflows for the Product team.
Gather and organize business and functional requirements with Product Managers.
Administer the product/work management tool and ensure configurations, access, and integrations.
Maintain tool documentation, templates, and guides with evolving needs.
Groom backlog, label items, and keep boards tidy for tracking and reporting.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retros with note-taking and action tracking.
Pull basic reports on velocity, ticket aging, and throughput for leadership.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, agendas, and follow-ups on action items.
QA features from business/user perspective to verify documented requirements.
Train internal stakeholders on new features and releases.
Review feature requests and bugs for completeness and urgency; track delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and others to align requirements and tooling.
Support evaluation and migration to a new tool, including data cleanup and rollout.
