Job summary

Remote, a partner company, is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Development Analyst based in the United States to develop and enhance insurance products across commercial property and specialty lines.

The role focuses on creating policy language, refining underwriting guidelines, and developing manual rules, while monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance and market alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance industry or related field.
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance analysis and product development.
• Knowledge of ISO commercial property insurance products advantageous.
• CPCU designation progress is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret regulatory information for product impact.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update insurance policy language, coverage forms, and underwriting rules.
• Research state and national legislation and regulatory bulletins relevant to products.
• Identify trends and contribute to revisions and new product development.
• Prepare product proposals and recommendations for insurer panels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring products to market.
• Respond to insurer inquiries with accurate, timely guidance.
• Work with Legal, Government Relations, Actuarial to ensure compliant development.
• Build relationships to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
