Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative roles is advantageous, especially in purchasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders.
• Maintain supplier information and records.
• Track orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries on procurement.
• Scan, file, and organize procurement documents.
• Assist with procurement reports and data analysis.
• Support sourcing activities and price comparisons.
