Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or procurement support roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement officers in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
• Maintain organized records of procurement activities, supplier information, and contracts.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Track incoming shipments and update internal systems.
• Support data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks in procurement.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery confirmations.
