Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and initiatives. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting under guidance of senior consultants.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, or quality assurance and are eager to develop expertise in program oversight, governance, and IV&V methods within a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 0 - 3 years of experience consulting within designated function.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure project delivery to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents with management and teams.
• Facilitate meetings or conduct interviews with customers and clients.
• Gather information, provide analysis, and prepare findings reports.
• Participate in client meetings and develop strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage project activities per Maximus policies and procedures.
• Adhere to contract requirements and assist in governance activities.
