Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will create digital graphics, support branding, and develop concepts aligned with our brand standards and guidelines.

You will collaborate with marketing teams, handle multiple projects, and help prepare assets for websites, emails, and print materials, while maintaining organized libraries and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to receive feedback and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and marketing materials for digital and print.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions per project.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across materials.
• Edit photos, typography, color, and basic illustrations.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on projects.
