Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will create digital graphics, support branding and marketing initiatives, and develop concepts that align with our standards and guidelines.

You will work with senior designers and marketing teams to produce high-quality digital and print materials, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders on projects.
