HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. The role focuses on creating digital graphics, marketing materials, and social content that align with our brand standards.

You will collaborate with marketing and design teams, apply brand guidelines, and help develop concepts across web, email, print, and presentations. A strong portfolio and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts and visual compositions per project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on projects.
• Prepare final design files for digital and print use.
