Job summary

healthbay is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The role focuses on creating visual content, supporting marketing and branding initiatives, and producing high-quality digital and print materials that align with brand guidelines.

You will develop concepts, layouts, and visual compositions, apply brand guidelines across channels, assist with photo editing and typography, and collaborate with senior designers and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of design experience or a related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams and stakeholders on projects.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital and print use.
• Support multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
