Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract. You will create digital graphics, support marketing initiatives, and develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines.

This role offers remote or hybrid work options, a 40-hour work week, and opportunities to grow across branding, digital design, and visual communications while collaborating with senior designers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and marketing materials.
• Develop concepts, layouts, and visual compositions.
• Apply brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams.
• Prepare final design files for digital and print.
• Maintain organized design libraries and templates.
• Support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Develop graphics for websites, emails, presentations, and social media.
• Research current design trends and provide creative ideas.
• Ensure visual materials are accurate, professional, and brand-consistent.
• Coordinate with external vendors or print providers when needed.
• Review final designs for quality and alignment.
• Support senior designers with larger projects and production tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and templates.
