Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will create digital and print materials, support marketing initiatives, and develop concepts that align with our brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in graphic design or related field, has 1–2 years of experience, and is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, make revisions, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals.
• Experience designing digital and print materials is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visuals.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project needs.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders on projects.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital and print use.
• Maintain organized design libraries and project assets.
• Support multiple projects while managing deadlines and priorities.
• Assist with development of graphics for websites, emails, presentations, ads, and social media.
• Research current design trends and provide creative ideas when appropriate.
• Ensure materials are accurate, professional, and brand-consistent.
• Coordinate with vendors or print providers when needed.
• Review final designs for quality and consistency before delivery.
• Support senior designers with larger projects and production tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and processes.
