Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer to join full-time on a contract basis, supporting marketing and branding initiatives with digital and print materials. You will develop design concepts, create visuals, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Collaborate with senior designers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality graphics, while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or comparable design software.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders on creative projects.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet project requirements.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
