Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Software Engineer – AI & Cloud Applications to join our technology team.

You will work on modern web applications, exploring AI-enabled solutions while learning from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university — REQUIRED.
• Approximately 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building functional software applications.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and familiarity with React, Next.js, or a comparable modern web framework.
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end application development.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, databases, and modern web architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Docker, cloud computing, CI/CD, and deployment concepts.
• Foundational understanding of AI, generative AI, or large language model technologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a development team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Develop front-end applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, business logic, and integrations using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and cloud services.
• Take ownership of tasks from requirements through deployment.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Develop and prototype AI-enabled applications using LLM APIs and related technologies.
• Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and appropriate data models.
• Build, package, and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Deploy and support applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Use Git and GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, tested, and well-documented code.
• Participate in Agile development activities and maintain technical documentation.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical team members.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI, cloud, and open-source technologies.
