Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to own the full creative production cycle across live-streaming and social products. You will spot trends, ship tested ads, and collaborate with designers, analysts, and the UA team across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.

You will work with US, EU and LatAm markets, shaping your area of responsibility with freedom and fast testing, while thriving in a competitive niche and a bureaucracy-free environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing for app/web projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce creatives for every traffic channel (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Google).
• Collaborate with designers to tailor visuals and copy for each platform.
• Develop and brainstorm creative concepts from ideation to execution.
• Analyze competitors' concepts to inspire the design team.
• Research user behavior and funnel factors to improve performance.
• Work with the UA team and analytics/product/B2B teams.
• Analyze testing results and build reports for product and marketing.
