Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join the AI Agent Platform team behind Hyper’s emergency response products. You will collaborate with engineers across real-time AI pipelines, telephony, and backend infrastructure to shape architecture and deliver core features for AI-enabled emergency responses.

You will help integrate speech models, LLMs, and emerging AI tech while maintaining reliability, security, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, AI pipelines, RAG systems, evals, or prompt test harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time voice AI features for emergency response workflows.
• Design and operate LLM-powered systems that support human 911 telecommunicators.
• Own features across the stack from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Work on low-latency audio processing and telephony integrations.
• Help integrate speech models and AI technologies into production systems.
• Write tests, perform code reviews, and improve observability and security.
