Job summary

GoTo Meeting is actively seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to enrich our finance team in the United States. This role entails managing day-to-day transactional accounting processes, including payables and reconciliations, supporting our month-end close, and contributing to financial accuracy across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including report creation and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of accounting and finance.
• Monitor bank account balances and flag unusual activity.
• Process accounts payable in Bill.com.
