Job summary

Mommy Poppins Inc is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our sales team in a remote capacity. You will split time between active sales development and operational support, overseeing account progression for emerging partners and focusing on securing growth opportunities in digital advertising.

The role bridges direct revenue generation, sales operations, and account management, with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in the media industry in sales support, business development, customer success, or account management (internship experience considered for exceptional candidates).
• Skills: Proven understanding of digital media and advertising landscape; ability to read and answer client and agency RFPs.
• Internally motivated with demonstrated ability to self-start, cold-prospect, and handle small-scale deal cycles.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; prioritize fast-moving internal requests without dropping the ball.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing selling and internal team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Territory Expansion: Generate sales, market penetration, lead generation, and pipeline management for small-scale clients.
• Ad Solution Formulation: Design multi-channel social, digital ad, and newsletter packages aligned with client objectives.
• Presentations: Develop persuasive sales proposals to showcase online offerings.
