Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Service Management Consultant with strong Jira Service Management experience for a remote United States role. This role blends client-facing consulting, solution design and hands-on delivery.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into practical solutions and configure JSM to improve IT and wider business services. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of consulting experience, hands-on Jira Service Management expertise, and a solid ITIL background,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience using Atlassian or comparable service management platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on Jira Service Management experience, ideally Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management processes.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and writing user stories.
• Practical configuration experience across JSM workflows, SLAs, automation and Assets.
• Comfortable working across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Able to take ownership, propose solutions and adapt as requirements evolve.
• Relevant Atlassian or ITIL certifications.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Atlassian Cloud administration and Marketplace apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to understand service management processes, challenges and requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on ITIL practices and effective use of Jira Service Management.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure workflows, request types, SLAs, queues, forms, portals, knowledge bases and automation.
• Build and maintain Assets schemas, object types, attributes and supporting automation.
• Deliver integrations using Atlassian APIs and relevant scripting tools.
• Support testing, user training and go-live activities.
• Manage your workload independently, communicate progress and raise delivery risks early.
