Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking a Project Manager to lead ITSM and Atlassian implementations for diverse client projects. You will manage delivery from planning through go-live, coordinating technical consultants and client stakeholders in a fully remote setting across the United States.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, and clear communication, with hands-on experience in Jira Service Management and Atlassian Cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ITSM or enterprise software implementations.
• Client-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate technical consultants and client stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions and progress meetings.
• Maintain project plans, delivery backlogs and status reports.
• Identify risks and dependencies and propose solutions.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impact on cost and delivery dates.
• Support requirements prioritisation and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, training, go-live prep and handover to support teams.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Contribute to governance and delivery process improvements.
