Job summary

Celerity is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers in day-to-day project execution. The role focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination to keep implementations on track.

This remote position offers work-from-home eligibility and requires strong organizational skills, hands-on Jira/Confluence expertise, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst or similar in tech projects.
• Hands-on Jira/Confluence administration and configuration experience.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards from Jira using JQL and gadgets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, and permissions.
• Create and manage Confluence spaces, pages, and project docs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, track actions, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Support change management and UAT coordination as needed.
• Onboard new team members to project tools and processes.
