Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.
• Strong experience designing scalable backend applications for high-volume environments.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging technology.
• Experience deploying applications on a major cloud platform.
• CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable backend apps and analytics solutions using Java and cloud tech.
• Collaborate with program managers, leads, and stakeholders to refine requirements and guide technical conversations.
• Develop high-quality features with unit tests and code coverage standards.
• Provide technical guidance and prepare specifications and solution designs.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and production readiness with monitoring and observability.
