Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management for the IVR Platform. You will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and success of foundational IVR capabilities powering the enterprise.

Collaborate with engineering and product to translate priorities into a cohesive roadmap that improves availability and usability for all IVR teams. You will lead cross-functional teams across lines of business, shaping how AI capabilities are tested, enabled, and scaled across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related degree by start date.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience if no advanced degree.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and success of the IVR Platform.
• Partner with engineering and product to translate cross-LOB priorities into a shared roadmap.
• Improve platform availability and usability to enable enterprise IVR teams.
