Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and initiatives. You will review documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, develop findings, and contribute to client reporting.

This remote role reports to senior consultants and project managers, with travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates have PMO support, business analysis, quality assurance, or consulting backgrounds and are eager to develop governance and independent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in ensuring project delivery to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Work with management to maintain work plan documents.
• Facilitate meetings or interviews with customers and teammates as needed.
• Gather information to provide analysis and prepare findings.
• Participate in client meetings and build strong client relationships.
• Contribute to client satisfaction metrics and value beyond competitors.
• Manage project activities per Maximus policies and procedures.
• Adhere to contract requirements.
• Attend Division and Corporate meetings as requested.
