Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and 0+ years of related experience in systems administration, enterprise applications support, systems integration, platform engineering, or a similar technical role.
• IAT Level II or higher certification (minimum Security+ CE).
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating COTS platforms such as enterprise ticketing, monitoring, and identity management tools.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise application environments, including authentication, plugins, workflows, APIs, and configuration issues.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, middleware, directory services, or scripting-based automation.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP and enterprise identity-related integrations.
• Ability to write and modify scripts or code to support integrations, automation, and lightweight tooling.
• Ability to work independently to diagnose ambiguous technical issues and deliver practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise platforms such as Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory/LDAP, and related services.
• Design, implement, and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripting, and vendor-supported connectors.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across COTS platforms.
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, lightweight applications, and middleware components as required to support integration, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Translate customer and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions using configuration, integration, and custom development as appropriate.
