Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide strategic leadership for enterprise workflow, ITSM, automation, and operational platforms. You will define architecture, governance, integration strategies, and roadmaps to enable scalable, secure operations and improved service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL best practices.
Extensive experience architecting and governing CMDB solutions (modeling, service mapping, relationships).
Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Request, Knowledge, Asset & Configuration Management, and Continual Service Improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, architecture, and development teams to define technical direction.
Improve stabilization, resiliency, and technical hygiene of the domain.
Mentor engineers from Associate to Lead level.
Ensure application resiliency, security, and data protection with robust practices.
Collaborate with IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations to design scalable architectures.
Drive governance and continuous improvement of ITSM processes and CMDB data quality.
