Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking an IT Operations Manager - ITSM to lead mature ITOM capabilities, governance, and CMDB reliability. This role focuses on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management to ensure accurate service visibility and audit readiness.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Service Management, this full-time position supports global operations with a remote work arrangement and international scope. Strong ServiceNow expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• 7+ years IT infrastructure and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 3-5+ years CMDB/ITSM/ITOM experience.
• ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature ITOM capabilities and CMDB governance.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams.
• Enforce CI class modeling, data governance, and security alignment.
• Own global CMDB, monitor, report, and drive remediation.
• Mentor the ServiceNow Discovery Lead.
