Job summary

Socket.dev in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for North America to oversee global ITAD service delivery, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive efficiencies across regions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate asset collection, data erasure, refurbishment, and reporting, while maintaining SLA commitments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ITAD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with logistics and service providers to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service delivery, customer operations, program coordination, or related operational management roles.
• Experience in IT services, ITAD, logistics, or technology lifecycle management preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing service delivery activities.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service delivery operations across regions and facilities to ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor SLA performance and identify risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate asset collection, logistics, processing, data erasure, refurbishment, and reporting to align with SLAs.
• Escalate and resolve operational or customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee work order creation, tracking, and maintenance of account records and logs.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new service or logistics partners.
