Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. is seeking an IT Vendor Manager to lead the Vendor Relations team and oversee end-to-end third-party vendor relationships, including onboarding, governance, performance, and offboarding. This remote role reports to Sr.

Manager of Product & Business Analysis. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT Directors, SBPs, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure cost transparency, operational accountability, and alignment to company priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management and governance.
• Ability to negotiate renewals and amendments.
• Experience with contract lifecycle and spend management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vendor Management team and set governance standards.
• Own vendor relationships and ensure delivery against contracts.
• Oversee onboarding through offboarding and manage risks.
• Provide updates on vendor health and performance to leadership.
