Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years IT operations experience.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential/training.
• Experience leading remote teams and coordinating IT training.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare applications and data integrity practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Responsibilities
