• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in the United States and Mexico.
• Proven ability to recruit technical talent within software/SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and modern recruiting platforms.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools for sourcing and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex job requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Self-directed and resourceful with quick integration into teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical IT roles across the U.S. and Mexico.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Source and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing efficiency and workflows.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications; ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reporting in the ATS.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders on recruiting status.
