SAY Group is partnering with a leading B2B software company to identify an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-time contract opportunity. This embedded recruiting partner will work with hiring managers across the U.S.

and Mexico to fill GTM roles, especially Customer Success and Account Management, with flexibility for additional priorities. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing abilities, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and AI

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM talent within B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience recruiting Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related revenue roles.
• Strong sourcing for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles with initial focus on Customer Success and Account Management across segments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, team dynamics, and required experience.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Support recruiting across the U.S. and Mexico.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and managers through the process.
• Build relationships with managers, provide market insights, and maintain communication.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and modern sourcing tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized pipelines, documentation, and visibility into hiring progress.
• Provide technical recruiting support as priorities evolve.

Location: Remote, U.S. | Experience recruiting in the U.S. and Mexico preferred

Experience: 5+ years

Engagement: Full-time contract | 1099 Independent Contractor through SAY Group

Duration: Initial 3-month engagement with potential for extension

Schedule: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity

SAY Group is partnering with a leading B2B software company to identify an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Partner for a full-time contract opportunity.

This individual will serve as an embedded recruiting partner, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support critical hiring needs across the U.S. and Mexico.

The immediate priority will be Go-to-Market (GTM) recruiting, particularly Customer Success and Account Management positions. The ideal candidate will also bring technical recruiting experience and the flexibility to support additional hiring needs as business priorities evolve.

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful recruiter who combines strong sourcing capabilities with a consultative approach to hiring manager relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM positions, with an immediate focus on Customer Success and Account Management roles across multiple customer segments.


• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, team dynamics, and the experience needed for each position.


• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent and candidates for niche, hard-to-fill positions.


• Support recruiting efforts across the U.S. and Mexico.


• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.


• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights, recommendations, and consistent communication.


• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and recruiting efficiency.


• Maintain organized candidate pipelines, accurate recruiting documentation, and visibility into hiring progress.


• Provide technical recruiting support as needed, based on evolving business priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting GTM talent within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.


• Experience recruiting Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related revenue-generating positions.


• Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.


• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and serve as a consultative recruiting partner.


• Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets, with U.S. and Mexico recruiting experience strongly preferred.


• Technical or IT recruiting experience is a strong plus.


• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and modern sourcing tools.


• Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate research, and recruiting workflows.


• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
