This is a hands‑on opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to become an embedded talent acquisition partner, supporting technical hiring initiatives across the United States and Mexico.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience, is highly proficient with recruiting technology and AI‑powered tools, and can independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment. We're looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with hiring managers to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical and IT positions across the U.S. and Mexico, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, establish recruiting strategies, and manage hiring priorities.
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and evaluate qualified technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and AI‑powered recruiting tools.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate identification, and recruiting workflows.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and key stakeholders on recruiting progress, market insights, and potential hiring challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and IT positions.
• Experience recruiting in both the United States and Mexico, including familiarity with regional talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to recruit technical talent within a software, SaaS, or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and modern recruiting platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using AI‑powered recruiting tools to support sourcing, candidate identification, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex job requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, and able to quickly integrate into an established recruiting team.

This is a full‑time, 1099 independent contractor opportunity through SAY Group, supporting one of our B2B software clients. The initial engagement will be for 3–6 months, with the final duration determined based on client needs.

The selected contractor will work closely with the client's internal talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support ongoing technical recruiting initiatives.
