Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related IT roles.
• Valid driver’s license and entry-level certifications preferred (A+, IT Fundamentals, Network+).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Manage tickets, document work, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve client issues.
