Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic connectivity. You will service tickets and collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution.

You’ll build technical capabilities over time, follow SOPs, document work, and escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators while contributing to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+).

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and client portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues to minimize disruption for clients.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Systems Engineers when needed.
• Document work comprehensively to support accurate client billing and knowledge base updates.
