Job summary

Integris in Wichita, KS is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, or portal, resolving issues efficiently and documenting work while delivering professional service.

You will grow technically, follow SOPs, escalate complex problems, and collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related IT roles.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Google IT Support).

Responsibilities

• Ticket management and frontline technical support for end-user devices and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, document work, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain SOPs, assist with monitoring tools, and collaborate with admins/engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support across client sites or remote locations.
