Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Hospital is seeking an IT Systems & QA Analyst II for a remote role. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

You will also perform quality assurance activities, develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and support end users during adoption and troubleshooting. Healthcare IT experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with QA and testing processes is required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans, analyzes, coordinates, and serves as liaison for activities related to new business opportunities.

• Creates end-to-end test plans and manages execution to ensure project success.
