Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or 5+ years in a relevant analyst role.
• Experience documenting requirements, building specs and IT project management.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders, providing user support, and understanding complex systems.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications and performing QA functions.
• Preferred certifications and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test plans; validate system functionality.
• Provide first level user support and assist with troubleshooting.
