Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• 4-7 years of experience in an analyst role in a healthcare facility or similar setting
• 2-4 years of experience documenting requirements, building specs and managing IT projects
• 2-4 years of experience interacting with stakeholders, providing user support and understanding complex systems
• 2-4 years of experience testing web and mobile applications and performing standard QA functions

Responsabilidades

• Plans, analyzes, coordinates, and serves as liaison for activities, projects, and programs related to new business opportunities
• Researches developments in new technologies, analyzes business requirements, and develops migration/implementation plans
• Develops technical solutions to customer problems translating outcomes into functional and business solutions
• Creates end-to-end test plans and manages all activities to ensure objectives are met
• Performs post-implementation review to assess project effectiveness
• Troubleshoots and resolves well-defined application incidents and provides 1st level end-user support
