CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Support Systems Engineer to deploy, configure, and support our software platforms and HL7 interfaces, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role includes remote connectivity setup, VPN configurations, and maintaining SLA adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure secure, scalable systems for transplant and biomedical applications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS or related field.
• 2+ years in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
• Experience with SQL Server & Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Windows Active Directory and VPN protocols.
• Experience in biomedical systems engineering.
• Familiarity with IIS Web Services and website management.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with data conversions and network administration.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and support CareDx software platforms and HL7 interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, databases (SQL, Oracle), and application interfaces.
• Support and maintain HL7 interfaces, including custom filtering and performance monitoring.
• Assist with remote connectivity setup and VPN configurations for customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs while managing ticket queues and project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
