Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on SAP IS-U experience with related processes and configurations.
• Experience in a solution delivery environment from requirements through implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist the development team with application support activities, including quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management processes.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security domains to engage the development team for architecture, building, and support of integrations.
• Develop and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Document integration of multiple systems, including new and legacy applications across cross-functional products.
• Communicate with stakeholders to refine and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define, develop, and review technical specifications, flows, and documentation to support solution delivery.
• Work with peers to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure system performance and security.
• Stay current with technology trends and suggest new tools or approaches to enhance solutions.
• Support continuous improvement in application support, release management, and requirements management.
• Ensure all work is performed professionally in an office/home environment with normal commuting.
