Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IT systems analysis, product or business analysis.
• Hands-on SAP IS-U experience with related processes/configurations.
• Experience in solution delivery from requirements to support.
• Ability to translate business logic into detailed technical specs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business, dev, infra, security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex tech clearly.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking work items.
• Proficiency in creating technical design docs and flows (Visio / Lucidchart).
• Preferred: experience in Electric/Gas Utilities; enterprise systems; programming languages; security.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist development with application support, releases, defects, and change management.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Infra, and Security to engage the dev team for architecture & integrations.
• Develop and amend technical specs for delivery to the dev team.
• Document integration of multiple systems, including legacy apps.
• Communicate with stakeholders to refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define and review technical flows and related documentation for solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot with peers to resolve issues and ensure system performance and security.
• Stay current with tech trends and propose new tools or approaches.
• Support continuous improvement in application support, release, and requirements management.
• Work in a professional, office/home-based environment with no field duties beyond normal commuting.
