Job summary

MNTN is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to automate IT workflows, integrate core SaaS apps, and secure identity across the organization. You will own provisioning, authentication, and lifecycle management while collaborating with teams to scale systems and improve reliability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of mixed Mac/Windows administration, and strong experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and IAM. This role offers remote-friendly options and growth within a fast-moving ad tech

Qualifications

4+ years of systems administration in mixed Mac/Windows environments.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Okta administration.
Experience with Python or another automation scripting language.
Strong IAM knowledge (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) and app integrations.
DNS, email infrastructure and security knowledge (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
Security/compliance experience (SOC 2 / SOX).
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Nice-to-have Atlassian products and email migrations experience.

Responsibilities

Automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting and integrations.
Administer and integrate core SaaS apps including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and others.
Configure secure authentication, provisioning, and lifecycle management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC).
Establish IT standards, documentation, and best practices for a growing org.
Troubleshoot issues across endpoints, SaaS apps, and identity systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate tools and scale solutions.
