Zusammenfassung

Blackpoint Cyber is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day IT environment for ~230 team members across macOS and Windows, including onboarding, offboarding, SaaS management, and asset accuracy. This individual-contributor role reports to the IT Operations Lead and focuses on Tier 2 escalations, runbooks, and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve IT workflows.

You will manage Intune, Jamf, Datto RMM, Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, and identity tasks,

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows.
• Practical administration of Microsoft 365 and at least some of Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Working experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and admin MFA.
• Hands-on experience with MDM or RMM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or Datto RMM.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for routine automation.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and ITIL fundamentals.
• Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Run day-to-day IT operations across macOS and Windows, meeting SLAs.
• Administer SaaS platforms including access, licenses, and groups.
• Resolve common M365 and account issues; escalate as needed per runbooks.
• Perform MFA resets and Entra/SSO administration per policy.
• Fulfill access, license, and shared mailbox requests from standard catalog.
• Operate Intune, Jamf, and Datto RMM for device enrollment and provisioning.
• Own onboarding and offboarding with auditable processes.
• Monitor Power Automate onboarding/offboarding flows and fix routine failures.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and asset disposal records.
• Produce device inventory and compliance reports for audits (SOC 2, CMMC).
• Script routine tasks and document knowledge base articles.
