Itochu International Inc is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician II to maintain and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment, deliver high-quality user support, and help secure access across a remote workforce. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT systems administration or Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive is expected.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and service orientation.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment including users, licenses, groups, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Entra ID/Active Directory, user lifecycles, security groups, and MFA.
• Lead SharePoint governance, permissions, and content cleanup initiatives.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware dispatch.
• Configure Windows devices and provide responsive help desk support.
• Support VPN connectivity and coordinate with MSPs for issue resolution.
