• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, mailbox configurations in Microsoft 365 under supervision, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Support and lead IT projects such as desktop optimization, system upgrades, and Microsoft 365 integration.
