VC3, Inc. is hiring an IT Service Technician I to support clients across the United States. This remote-first role focuses on end-user IT support via phone, email, and webchat, with collaboration on incident tickets and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in technical support or related customer service role.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
• MS Entra environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support via inbound phone, email, and webchat, following ITIL triage model.
• Troubleshoot hardware (monitors, keyboards, printers), applications, VPN/remote access, network drives, DNS, and workstation performance.
• Support user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and O365, including provisioning and password resets.
• Perform IMAC tasks, software installs, and system updates.
• Manage mobile/phone support, including email setup and extensions updates.
• Investigate spam/phishing, secure compromised accounts, and run malware checks.
